‘My Vedic University in Madhya Pradesh will introduce enlightenment on all levels of education, and will create Sattwa in collective consciousness.

This will mean the onset of:

1. Ideal Education, which delivers the fruit of all knowledge to everyone—

For mistake-free, problem-free life in enlightenment;

2. Ideal Health Care through my Vedic Approach to Health, which is holistic, prevention-oriented, and free from harmful side-effects, creating balance between consciousness and physiology, balance between the physiology of the individual and the physiology of the universe, and between the individual mind and the Cosmic Mind.

This system of health care is competent to create and maintain the good health of the individual and society and offers to create and maintain a disease-free society and a problem-free nation;

  (Bhagavad-Gita 2.48)

2. Ideal Economy modelled on Nature's Economy, which functions through the Principle of Least Action and organizes the orderly functioning of the infinite diversity of the universe.

Vedic Formula for this is:

“do less and accomplish more” by engaging the unlimited resources of the organizing power of Natural Law that is present within everyone;

4. Ideal Defence, which means "prevent the birth of an enemy"-

  (Yog-Sutra 2.16)

avert the danger that has not yet come;

5. Ideal Administration, which means automation in administration:

  (Rk Veda 1.158.6)

self-referral consciousness harnesses the infinite organizing power of the administering intelligence of Nature's Government to create conflict-free politics and a problem-free government.

The ideal quality of life supported by Natural Law will characterize every aspect of life in Madhya Pradesh; Natural Law will support all life. For this, higher education will be made available to all through the establishment of colleges and schools of Maharishi Vedic University in the villages and panchayats of every district.

This will fulfil the pious aspirations of the Minister of Higher Education of Madhya Pradesh, Dr.Mukesh Nayak.’’
